Withdraw [Red Box highlight]: Claim Request with status Approval in Progress but never get approval by any approver, system will let user to withdraw this Claim Request. Cancel [Yellow Box highlight]: Claim Request with status Approval in Progress but get at least 1 approval by any approver but haven’t get approved by final approver, system will let user to cancel this Claim Request. Delete [Green Box highlight]: Claim Request with status Saved mean this Claim Request hasn’t submitted at all, system will let user to delete this Claim Request.
