• Click [List Of Claims] as shown in Pic 1 to access into your Claim Summary page.

• Click [View Eligibility] to view your yearly entitlement. See Pic 2.

• In the eligibility page, you canwill be able to view your entitlementcurrent entitlement, utilization, and outstanding balance for the currentlist year.of the claim categories. To view history entitlement, select the year you wish to view from the [Year of Claim] selection list.

• You can also click on the link provided under [Utilised] columns to view the details of the submitted claims.
