Step 1: Click [List Of Claims] as shown in Image 1 to access the summary of your claims.

Step 2: Click [View Eligibility] to view your yearly entitlement. See Image 2.

• In the eligibility page, you will be able to view your current entitlement, utilization, and outstanding balance for the list of the claim categories.

• To view history entitlement, select the year you wish to view from the [Year of Claim] selection list.

• You can also click on the link provided under [Utilised] columns to view the details of the submitted claims.
