View Your Claims Eligibility

• Click [List Of Claims] as shown in Pic 1 to access into your Claim Summary page.

• Click [View Eligibility] to view your yearly entitlement. See Pic 2.

• In the eligibility page, you can view your entitlement for the current year. To view history entitlement, select the year you wish to view from the [Year of Claim] selection list.

• You can also click on the link provided under [Utilised] columns to view the details of the submitted claims.
