• Click [List Of Claims] as shown in PicImage 1 to access intothe summary of your Claim Summary page.claims.

• Click [View Eligibility] to view your yearly entitlement. See PicImage 2.2.

• In the eligibility page, you will be able to view your current entitlement, utilization, and outstanding balance for the list of the claim categories. To view history entitlement, select the year you wish to view from the [Year of Claim] selection list.

• You can also click on the link provided under [Utilised] columns to view the details of the submitted claims.
